Didn’t even receive food so confused why it says collected!!! shop was closed and still haven’t had my money back very disappointed with yous

I ordered mt meal on Monday on the app, it took money from the bank was to delivered at 5 o'clock, no food by six, I phoned shop and someone answered telling me the shop was closed on a Monday, bloody ridiculous out of order, money supposed to back into account Monday night or Tuesday morning still kp refund at 12.45 pm, I ordered another takeaway for my dinner which cost me £11.00, and I couldn't eat it it was horrid, so nearly £20 down for a glitch on your system, not a happy customer.

I opened my meal and it smelled off. I ate a tiny bit of my chicken and it was definitely off and the taste in my mouth was awful. The lamb I could have bounced off my floor. I called the premises and complained and they were good enough to replace my meal with another and this one was I would expect it to be. Could have made someone I'll so need to be more careful

The worst customer service ever delivery time shocking be quicker flying to italy and bringing a pizza back than getting it delivered from here

I didn’t receive my meal 🥘 phoned and ended up driving along and the shop was closed . Then called the 033 number wnr left a message for a full refund

Food did not arrive!! No answer by telephone so after checking on line says delivered. Jumped in car to go to collect and sort it out to find shutters down and no one there! Payment made on card will try and sort out.

Delivery time is terrible not just a one off either thats last few times wont be using again

This place is genuinely great. Don't let the fact it's in Ruchill put you off.

Accepted the order but didn’t deliver. No contact from the takeaway and when i called after 90mins it had shut. Probably more an issue of mealzo’s bad website but the takeaway should not have accepted the order. Now i have to fight to get my money back as there is no support form payeat or mealzo. Avoid the entire mealzo platform.

I had the tandoori mix and it was ok apart from the lamb being so tough it was inedible. I called the place and they were sorry and have promised to give me my next meal free. Well done guys. Thx

Wrong pizza received by time I got correct pizza it was cold aswell as chips soggy , worst experience
